Have you heard the song? Tell me you have. “Rich Men North of Richmond”…WOW!

Gotta be honest, when the Jason Aldean song, “Try that in a small town”, came out I wasn’t too impressed by it. I liked some of the lyrics, but the music and song itself was pretty meh, Imo. So when I see this link of a red head dude holding a banjo thing in the middle of a lawn my expectations were a bit low. Then I listened to the song.

H O L Y Craaaap! Those lyrics are Fire!

And the guy singin it, Oliver Anthony, sings it with such angst and conviction, I couldn’t help but feel it. I played it, then played it again. Then looked up the lyrics. Then immediately downloaded it from iTunes.

The next day I saw that it was number one on iTunes – overnight. It’s being played everywhere. Some say that song has touched on the heart and soul of America and I’d agree.

Then, as expected, I noticed people jumping on it. Adopting it as the song for their movement. One Democrat senator, Chris Murphy of Connecticut, faced backlash for playing the song. Which makes sense, cause if your a Liberal Democrat this song is most definitely not for you. This song pretty much calls out everything your Party stands for. The Liberal Leftists hate it!

Which makes me smile. Cause god forbid we all get on the same page and demand ta see the damn client list of Jeffery Epstein. God forbid we expose who was on that damn Island. God forbid we actually reduce the amount of people on welfare. God forbid we keep the governments nose out of our business. God forbid we maintain our own independence in the land of the Free. God forbid we actually give our young men something to hope and dream for. God forbid our economy stays strong and we never experience in the States what other countries abroad suffer from on the daily. God forbid. Ya, I can see how those lyrics would twist up the panties of every liberal douche bag that hears them.

This song has spread so far so fast because its relatable and true. It’s a song from that Silent Majority that exists in this country. The silent majority that Leftists and Democrats resent. Which tells me that if you are a believer and you find yourself humming along with that song when you hear it, you better bow your head a say a prayer for that Oliver Anthony guy that sings this song. Cause he’s gettin a lotta praise right now, but the attacks are comin! So, any prayers ta lift him up are gonna be needed. Guaranteed. 

Right now my guess is his world is spinnin pretty fast. Goin from nothin ta somethin so fast is sure ta leave ya head spinnin. So give the man a solid prayer of protection and wisdom….he’s gonna need it.
