I know, I know, no I’m not comparing Trump to Christ; however I’ve noticed some parallels that I want to mention, so bear with me.

In 2016 Trump was elected to office in a victory that left people shook. Nothing indicated that he would win. All the pollsters were wrong. The establishment was in awe. Then for f o u r long years they did everything possible to end his presidency. None of it worked out. In spite of everything, Trump’s base grew.

On November 3, 2020 I wholeheartedly expected to see another Trump win. And…It was. Now, I’m not going to get into my thoughts on the election fraud that took place. I’ve written blogs about that. Trump conceded today. Congress has certified the electoral votes and Biden will be inaugurated on the 20th of this month. The Democrats have been given exactly what they have been asking for. He even used their line of “this moment calls for healing and reconciliation”.

But…

What I saw happen yesterday…leads me to believe they will get nothing like that.

Yesterday, a group of Trump supporters showed up at our nation’s Capitol to support the president. A massive, massive amount of people. And some, actually went into the Capitol building.

Based on what I’ve been able to google, nothing like that has happened since 1814, when the British burned it.

So I’m looking at all this and I’m thinking…huh. How do you create a martyr? You kill them.

The moment that event went down, elected officials used that event to denounce Trump and all that he stood for. In a blink, droves of Republican congressmen and senators came out to condemn Trump for “inciting” the violence at the Capitol. Which of course never happened. Demanding election integrity is not a call for violence. Regardless of how many low-wits say it is.

But at least one woman died, a few were injured, windows were broken, property was damaged, and a fire was at least attempted to be started. By Patriots…

Now this is the part that gets a bit tricky. See, breaking windows, starting fires, looting, damaging property, etc. those are typically douche bag Antifa and BLM activities. And some say, those are the groups that are responsible for those actions yesterday; which may be the case, I don’t know. Regardless of that, I see a marked change. A change that I think some people aren’t quite prepared to acknowledge.

For years, Conservatives have been referred to as, the silent majority. If yesterday’s events have told you anything, they should have told you that isn’t the case anymore. Talking to a buddy of mine about the events he said, “That sounds like Anitifa or a BLM move”. I said I agree. But that I think we’ll be seeing more of that from Conservatives. The die has been cast. The stage has been set. The silent majority of Conservatives we have today, aren’t afraid to march on a Capitol. 

If yesterday’s events didn’t get your attention and cause you to take pause: it should.

Over 70 million Americans feel that there was a fraudulent election and that Biden is an illegitimate president. Over a million of them showed up with firearms at our Capitol yesterday. Think about that.

You can’t just say that the claims of fraud are “baseless”; you have to prove it. You can’t just expect the forensic analysis done in Michigan that showed over 6,000 votes flipped from Trump to Biden to simply be dismissed by a “clerical error”; you have to answer the question, How many other machines did that due to a clerical error? You can’t ask for unity and healing, while painting us as “crazy” and “conspiracy theorist”. If you do, unity and healing is just not going to happen.

What is going to happen…is a change in politics as we know it in the next few years.

The DNC, MSM, and the likes of FaceBook and Twitter have just killed Aslan…and they’re celebrating just like in the movie. How well did that go for them? Do you remember? Remember during that scene how quiet the audience became? How occasionally you’d hear a sniff, as someone would wipe away a tear?

Y e a h…you’re cheering Trump’s concession video…cutting off his mane.

…wonder how that’ll work out…we’re not just gonna sit in silence.
