Most of everything I write about comes from people I encounter and conversations I’ve had with them. Sometimes I see something posted on a thread on Social Media or end up engaging in a conversation that later makes me reflect on things that were said. Sometimes I get private messages from people; asking me for advice or for my opinion; and if I can’t answer from what I know, then I research the subject and formulate a response.

I enjoy doing it.

I enjoy the conversations, the challenging of thought; what we think and why we think the way we do. I think digging deep pulls us to the very essence of purpose to every conversation we have. Without it, you can not know what you think you know. Thoughts have to be challenged. Positions have to be defended. They affect everything. What we think, is often the precursor to how we behave; and how we behave affects our life and the lives of the people around us.

So I am constantly challenging thought; my own thoughts and others. I pull from my own personal experiences and from knowledge I’ve gained in my life to promote Conservative values, faith, family, and healthy relationships.
